Similar to adult, but with dark banded bill and duller body.

wildlife is necessary to protect wildlife. This area is the habitat
of several sensitive wildlife species whose population numbers are
in serious decline throughout their range. Minimal human
disturbance may cause failure of sensitive bird species to
successfully raise their young to insure survival of the

or animals.
