Dogs  Scenic view  Cliff / falling rocks  Medium hike (1km-10km)

Small cache container with only room for a log. Bring your own pen.
Park at the coordinates close to Red Rocks Park entrance #2. From there, head across the road and up the Dakota Ridge Trail. Follow the trail south to the cache. There's no need to leave the established trail until you are about 60 feet west of the cache. (If you have to go DOWN to get the cache, then you're on the wrong trail and it might be more difficult to get to.) This cache isn't recommended for young children due to the steep terrain on either side of the trail.

Congratulations to Dotsero on the FTF!

Looks like it is bikes only. We couldn't go near the cache.

This was our second try. There is an abandon lower path, or you have to climb down the rocks. Still in great shape just hanging around. TFTC SL

This took close to an hour to find.
Followed the hint and could not locate the cache anywhere.
When I was about to give up, the cache was staring at me.
The hint is really confusing here. And looking at the trails, not only for me.
Glad to have made the find after the hike up here.

Realized that I had taken the wrong way first, so backtracked to the right way. Enjoyed the hike to find this one! Signed log. Thanks for the cache!

Incredible hike to get these caches. Coming from Houston the altitude is a little challenging but both 3Olivz and I toughed it out.

I took your advice and looked for a lower trail. I'm glad I did! The cache is in great shape. Thanks!
