Takes less than an hour  Available at all times  Available during winter  Parking available

I was inspired to place this cache after seeing one similar to it in Gunnison County last year.

This is just a short hike off the main road near a crossroad. It is available 24/7 and should be very easy to find even in the snow. No rivers to forge and no mountains to climb.

Please handle with care.  Just unscrew the red cap that has the log under it and be careful not to cross-thread it when screwing it back on.

Log only.  Please B.Y.O.P.

Beware of hunters.

Thank you for visiting my cache.   There are lots of caches in this area. Have fun!

Very nice hide by our geo-friend Granitegrabber, and a well deserved favorite point !
Parked just down the hill and made the easy walk through light snow to GZ. Spotted the container quickly (very cool !) and signed the log. Snapped a photo of the scenic view which is attached, and was on my way. TFTC !

Congratulations to Hartsdale for being FTF on my cache. Sorry there was no prize. Thanks for coming up to the mountains on this beautiful day.
Thanks for the Favorite point.
I was about to think that nobody wanted to get their feet wet but I see now that the snow is not deep.

FTF!

After grabbing a new one up on the side of Pikes Peak, I saw this one was still unfound, so I headed up the pass.

Compared to the snow ?? I was in earlier this morning, this is nothing.

Anyway, I have found a few of this type, this is probably the largest so far.

Thanks for a fun cache to hunt for!
