Fort Collins cachers are pleased to present a new subdivision adjacent to Dry Magic on the north side of town.  Caches are placed away from residences.  TV stands for Timbervine.

Real Estate Company Redfin says TimberVine is the newest, hand-crafted community situated in the heart of Fort Collins, CO. Close to Old Town culture, but far enough to escape the grind.

Enjoy touring a new subdivision and finding a new cache in the process.

Finally made it to Fort Collins, CO after a 5 day epic road trip with triple p. Our final destination was Denver, CO and my goal for 2018 was to reach 500 cache finds, so we figured we would clear out a few in FoCo. We just stuck with park and grabs because we were short on time and found all of the ones that we searched for except for one. Thanks to everyone who posted the caches for us to enjoy.

Day 5 (and last day) of my epic end of the year road trip out west with pebblesinthecity. We slept through the high winds in Rock Springs, Wyoming and was up early to get closer to our end destination.

Fort Collins, Colorado offered us a spot for lunch and plenty of unfound caches. Pebblesinthecity needed a big final push to finish her year at 500 finds, so the two of us went for some suburban caches close to our lunch spot.

Some of these were quick grabs and others were a bit tougher and well hidden. We found all we looked for and signed either our names or initials.

Out hunting for a couple of caches on a blisteringly hot day. The heat precluded my bringing my puppies Orizaba and Chimborazo alone, and dramatically curtailed my interest in fairly lengthy searches. So of the three caches I looked for today, only one was found. The heat blasted me away from the others after relatively short tries for them. This was one of my misses. Based on previous logs I expected this to be quite straightforward. That was not the case for me today, although I will state that the heat caused some impatience and I didn't give the situation what it deserved! Someday I'll need to return here.
