Another in the series of Picture This caches. This is my first in Colorado, the rest are in AZ. The coordinates given are for the PARKING only; to find the cache, you must find the spot where the picture was taken.
This is a favorite spot in Colorado and the cache will be watched by friends nearby. I especially like the decorations, such as the holiday pumpkin. This area is a favorite for rock climbers.

The weather's been so unusually gorgeous lately, and when PathPacer asked me to go along for a hike & a few caches, it just sounded better than my list of chores. Did our hike further up the road & got 3 caches. As we were driving back down, PathPacer pointed out the rocks making up this cache. Photo in-hand, I looked in several places before even getting close. Might have taken a lot longer than it did without some clues, but eventually made the find. Cute container - the lid is tight, and I had to pry it open a bit with the pocket knife. TFTC!

This one was tough! After several attempts at it, and after waiting until the snow was almost completely gone, I finally managed to find it. This is the first cache of this kind I've ever done. Thanks for a fun hide, and a favorite for sure!

It definitely needs a new container though; I could barely open this one, and the logs weren't in very good shape. If you find a container with a kitty on it, you've found it. I only say that because the next person might not get it open at all. I put some vaseline around the rim, but I'm not optimistic that'll help.

I spent quite a long time climbing around and looking along the road, but there is still some snow in the margins. We had a ferocious wind last night, so the pumpkin's gone.

Most interesting cache. We added a dry piece of paper and dried the cache container. 2 pumpkins now grace its head. Very hard to open the cache.

Could the next cacher to find this possibly bring a new log. I will replace with waterproof one in October
