TFTC Easy park and grab, though I think the ratings are off as well as the coordinates. If you don't use the coordinates the difficulty is a 1-1.5 & the terrain is a 1.

FTF. Cache is about 70 feet off of coordinates. Hint helped make the find ands sign.
