The cache is an OD green match holder containing only a log.
This cache is in honor of tsumommy's mommy who died 09/08/10 and who has a cabin up Bard Creek canyon. The cabin was tsumommy's mommys favorite place in the whole world.

Although the cache is not on private property there is private property bordering the road. You will not need to enter or cross through any private property to find the cache.

Thanks for the good hint. My GPS had me about 30' down & across the road. Was surprised to see the ice on the road even as warm as it was. My dog took a roll in it but kept sliding down. Was funny to watch. On the way I saw a sign (see pic) and was glad I wasn't going to have to choose just to go caching.

Taking new transplants on an easy jeep run, they couldn't take it. Stopped for the cache though, compass was bouncing around a little but finally found it. TFTC

Went and found this today while out hiking for the day with my room mate and a couple dogs. This was our second cache of the day on our journey into the woods south of Empire. A beautiful and easy hike in. Awesome cache, thanks for the hide!
