You’re looking for a small container with a logbook, pencil, and very small Halloween themed trading items. Be careful crossing the busy street and watch for muggles in cars. Please replace the lid snugly, leave the container top side up and cover it well. Before you leave, take a moment to enjoy the view to the west.

More easily reached from other than the large parking lot to the north; but if you do start from there, take the walkway up.

The section of wire fencing nearest the container that previously blocked easy access to the cache has been pulled down.

Given the hint, ease of previous finds, and and conservative DNFs, cache appears to be missing. I found possible cache remains on the ground. I replaced with another cache until owner can check it out. Thank you for placing this cache and helping to keep our recreation going.
