You’re looking for a camouflaged bison container. Please unhook the container from its support and unscrew the lid to find the log. To replace, please insert the tightly rolled log into the lid first, then screw the lid back to the container. Oh yes, bring your own writing implement. Before you leave, take a moment to enjoy the view. As a bonus, if you’re a benchmark hunter, there’s one on the way to the cache and near the roadside trail.

More easily reached from other than the large parking lot to the north; but if you do start there, take the walkway up.
