This cache is part of a series dedicated to the important documents that have established our country and allowed the United States of America to be a great nation.  The “Bill of Rights” is part of the United States Constitution. The Constitution is considered a “living” document, meaning that the rules can be altered or eliminated, and new ones can be added.  The constitution outlines how to make those changes. The Bill of Rights mostly describes the rights afforded to us as citizens.

The Seventh Amendment of the Bill of Rights gives us the right to a jury trial in civil courts where something of value is to be argued over.  You don’t have to accept a trial by judge. Get an attorney and sue ‘em. It’s the American way.

Article VII (Amendment 7 - Civil Trials)

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

If this cache is about the Seventh Amendment, then go to N39 38.418 w104 44.220

If this cache is about the show Parks and Rec, then go to N 39° 44.350 W 104° 59.332

Congratulations to 2LabLovers and Herndonrd for the FTF!38/108

My 19 mile bike ride brought me to this cache at 10:44 am when I made the find. Thanks for the cache and for making my route more fun!

The log was like a ruffle potato chip but it was dry today.

Found eight of your fun geocaches with animjason and Bhob. I am twelve weeks old, and already love geocaching! I was able to double my multi finds today. Thanks for that. I "saw" many deer, and an owl (technically I didn't since I can't see past 12 feet yet).

Thanks for the adventure!

Another LiD find with BearAdair and Bhob. Today was a LostinDenver day, as we did eight of your caches, and only those. It was a fun day for sure. BearAdair is twelve weeks old, but we are sure she had fun, and enjoyed all the places we went.

Loved these "containers".

Went out and about on a most pleasant late fall day with "animjason" and "BearAdair" - this was the second of eight geocaches that we found on our travels. TN-LN-SL. Thanks !

Co- {FTF} with 2lablovers @ 1532. Saw this publish, "solved" it and headed for GZ- when I got there 2ll were already at work. Looked in all the "obvious" places (and some not obvious ones) with no luck. While George and I were standing there like two monkeys studying a football, Sue walks up and makes the find in 10 seconds! Happy days (and the peasants danced!). Another tricky hide from LostinDenver. Give it a fav since he likes those so much. TFTC!

Co FTF with Herndonrd at 3:32 pm. For once we were actually out when new caches published. Of course we were still 8 miles away. Amazingly we solved the puzzle without help - a good thing since the CO is on his way to Australia. Took the tollway - after all this is a FTF (hopefully). Got there and looked in the obvious place - nope, not there. Meanwhile, herndonrd shows up and also looks in the obvious place. A few more minutes and we were all happily signing the blank log. Thanks for the new cache and safe travels. (and don't you dare hide a cache down under !)
