The Toll gate trail is wonderful for walks, biking, and working out! just don't over do it...
Earlier this year, I was utilizing this trail for my work out regimen of cardio coupled with sporadic stops at each of the little parks along the way when while doing a crunch, something in my back also went crunch! Limping past this very spot, I had no idea of the pain that was about to befall me! Camo'ed pill bottle just off the trail. Congratulations to Frye Guys for FTF! You guys are amazing!

No joy; the Garmin Gps said about three feet from the sewer outfall. Looked away from there, but nothing came up. Back after the snow has knocked down the vegetation. TFTH
