Using the sign near the posted coordinates you can find the coordinates to this 2 stage multicache.  The sign has two numbers on the bottom row, a three digit number and a four digit number. 

Assume the following N 38 40.A and W 104 40.B

Take the three digit number and subtract 67, this will equal A. Put that number in the North coordinates.

Take the four digit number and subtract 1502, this will equal B. Put that number in the West coordinates.
