The name says it all.

To claim this cache as a find, you MUST sign the log. The description states that the challenge is not in the find, (anyone can see it, it's in plain sight) the challenge is in the retrieval. So, do not claim this cache just because you spotted it. Use your imagination and figure out how to get it.

I will be deleting logs that tell me they found it but couldn't or wouldn't go for it.
I thought all the cachers around here might be up for something challenging. The cache is not hard to find. It is in plain sight. The challenge is in the retrieval. Use some imagination. You'll need a tool. It may take a trial run so you know what you are up against. Then returning it to it's home will be the second part of the fun. Easy to find. Challenging to retrieve and replace, but not too hard. We had exactly the right TOTT in our kit, which made the job relatively easy once we decided to use it. A favorite point for a clever twist on a typical hide that turned this find into a simple but satisfying challenge. SL TFTC

We are visiting from Canada, with Flash and Purplehawks, Flash wanted to attempt all 8 of the "high" caches. Before heading out to search for the caches, we visited a nearby store for a TOTT. This was our only DNF, and we searched the area very thoroughly......Both up, and on the ground.
