This is a reincarnation of a recently deactivated cache called "Knot at all Noisy." It's near the Bitterbrush Trail in Hall Ranch Open Space. It still contains some fancy knot work that I made myself.

The quickest route is from the Antelope Trail Head on Antelope Trail road off of Apple Valley Road NW of Lyons. You can also get to it from the Hall Ranch Trail Head off of Hwy 7. The trail is accesssible to hikers, mountain bikes, or horses. You might see deer, hawks, eagles, elk, or coyotes. To find this cache, you'll leave the trail and head uphill a short distance. It's pretty easy to avoid muggles, especially if you visit on a weekday.

I see that I'm STF on this one despite the six months for this cache's life almost being up. I found the container completely out in the open--looked as though it had rolled (or been nosed?!) away from a nearby more sheltered spot, so I put it back there. It's still pretty obvious and at GZ by the GPS, but less likely to get an elk footprint on it I think. The CO should have no problem finding it for replacement. I'd forgotten a write-with, but there was a pencil (along with the knots) in the container so all is good. TFTC!

-FTF- 6:46p My second find of the evening. Once I got up on top of the ridge the sunset was spectacular. Thanks for bringing me out for that. TNLNSL TFTC
