This cache is located about 50 miles southwest of Baggs, Wyoming at an elevation of 6616 feet. You can drive to this cache in the family car.
Travel about 4 miles south of Baggs, Wyoming to Moffat County Raod #4 (Colorado). Travel west on road #4 about 40 miles to Powder Wash Camp. From here let your GPS be your guide. This is an historical location.

Got it. Moved a rock and there was the container, with a snake skin wrapped around it! It took a long time to reach down and grab it. Needs a new container. This one is in bad shape. TFTC.

Found it. The cache needs to be replaced. The lid is gone. I didn't sign the log, it was in pretty rough shape.

Just about two years since the last visit! This is the first geocache my grandfather has found.

The monument is now gone. My grandfather has pictures of it, and would like to make a replacement.

Left a beer chip. The log is a little damp, but nothing that summer cannot fix.

Was a bummer the old monument was missing, at least the cache was there! Took a quarter, left an arrowhead. SL, TFTC!!!!
