Close to 5 years since this cache has been done and it's one of the easiest accessed caches I've ever done. The cog rail lets you off right at the cache site! Ernie66 had done this one before so knew where to look for it. This was my first cache of the day. I still had a lot of energy! Thanks for a fun hide.

Found the cache in good shape. I was here back in March- and it's clear to me now why I couldn't locate the cache then. It had something to do with the 6 feet of snow on the ground. TFTC!

Grabbed during my Barr Trail cache-a-thon today. I was pretty worried when I saw climbstuff's post about the other side of the mountain for the next stage. Fortunately it worked out just fine. I've always liked the little train car here. TFTC!!! BTW - nice job on the cache page design. -Dolph

I had a tough time finding stage one.. the rest of the stages weren't too bad.. (minus the fifteen mile hike up and over pikes peak of course..)

I really wanted to do this cache since it was right next to the train tacks, so I made sure I had enough time before the WWFM event. I'm not quite sure I was on the trail for a while, but I found it. :) Saw Vort & gang heading to Barr Camp just before I got to Mountain View.
I was hoping I'd see a train while I was there, but didn't. :(
