Yes, yes, yes! Finally get to take this cache off the list! Today the car was filled with the goonies - heh324, DimensionGarret, Landen24, weasel311 and myself made our way to Cripple Creek to join the few who have done the necessary homework to make the find. We enjoyed our travels down south again and quickly located the cache right where you left it for us. This brings us one step closer to finishing that T5M fizzy that we keep wanting.

Found GC7Y94R - WE ARE GOONIES!! on December 27, 2018 using Cachly for iOS.

Some may call me seriously mentally ill. Some may state that I am in a state of mind that prevents social interaction. Some may say I am in a state of mind that prevents normal perception and or behavior. I prefer to say that I tend to do the same thing over and over again, but I expect different results. That being said, I believe we only live one life and I am trying to make the best of it. I thank you, T5M for placing a fun geocache to fuel my "insanity" or addiction as I call it. I appreciate you bringing me here so that I can try and sign my alias on a piece of paper that you have hidden.

I look forward to finding more of your geocaches. I also look forward to potentially finding geocaches with you one day and sharing stories of our insanity... I mean hobby or addiction? Cheers!

Happy Thanksgiving and greetings from your neighbors in Kansas! This is Day 3 of our holiday getaway. My sweet man, who is a muggle, and I are hunkered down at the nearby Victor Hotel for a few days. I solved the puzzle in anticipation of coming here during our trip, and after we ate breakfast at Joe's Diner we set out to find this cache. My GPSr never got closer than 50 feet from the posted coords, and the closest spot to GZ was covered in ice, so after several minutes of trying other spots, I had to admit defeat. I think it's under the ice, doggone it. Maybe another time.

[FTF] at 12:04 P. M.

More later after I play the slots and go to the little geocachers room.

More now.

I like finding caches hidden by the5millers, and I love The Goonies, so when I woke up this morning and saw that the first to find was still a possibility, I called up several friends to see if anyone wanted to join me. After numerous rejections, I decided go look for it anyway. I kept checking my phone as I was driving to see if anyone had beaten me to it, and was thrilled that no one had logged it. Yes, I drove 2 hours to try for an FTF, and it was worth it. I love seeing a blank log on a new cache.

I did my version of a happy dance and then went to a nearby casino, where I confirmed that all of my good luck had expired once I found the cache. If you don't believe me, check out all of my winnings in the attached photo. Thanks for the fun puzzle and hide, and for giving me a chance to check out the changing leaves and beautiful countryside out here, as well as making a small donation to the casinos.

P. S. No animals (including humans or PayMeCache) were harmed in the writing of this log.
