The Forest Service is happy to have some help! We will begin at 10:00 am! We will end the event at at 12:00 pm
We will be placing a few caches for your pleasure and there already are several in the area- ! you will have to load them before you come up- there is no service in this wonderful and remote area! The community spends a lot of energy maintains the roads around this area. Most of the highway has been adopted- but here is an area that gets a lot of use but there are few people to maintain it. We are inviting neighbors ( Indian Park School House Association) to participate and hope to teach them something about geocaching. We will be picking up litter along the banks of the Platte River.
Neighbors have been involved in removing “tagging” from large boulders and you may see graffiti removal during the event. We are pleased to have this opportunity and may make this s an annual event. Bring gloves, water, bags and perhaps a picnic!
GCCO has donated a 2018 Gold GCCO coin for our drawing! We also have an inactivated travel bug and some tools of the trade!
