This was my first visit at Colorado, found this amazing place and I felt the gold miners sweat...and the cold in winter!

I'm a visitor from Switzerland and my friend that lives near here showed me fascinating Breckenridge and its exciting miners story. At the museum behind the Welcome Center you can find a lot of interesting information about gold mining..

Here at the place of the cache you find different old mining tools and equipment. The historic houses are quite interesting and the cache is hidden there. Enjoy the small path behind the houses to find the ridge of huge "mountain" of digged out rubble plus a marvelous view.

Making a loop from Buena Vista, Failrplay, Breckenridge, Frisco, Leadville and back to BV. Found 28 and DNF'd 3, also avenged a DNF, so it was a good day. Quick find, cache is in good condition. TFTF
