This is a re-birth of the original Mondo Cache (GC4D29), which had to be archived due to excessive social trails. It is just a bit further up the trail but easier to get to.

Cache is in a popular area for hikers, mountain bikes and horses in the White Ranch Park Near Golden. After I found a little over 50 caches, I thought I was overdue to place my first cache. Seemed to me one should not just find other's caches but also hide some for others to find. The original Mondo Cache was my first attempt to give back. This cache is my 50th!

White Ranch is home to deer, bear, mountain lion, bobcat, elk and wild turkey. The cache is near well-traveled areas but use care with small children as there may very well be plenty of mountain bikes that may be on the trail and some are travelling very fast downhill. You may also see horses on the trail - especially on the weekends.

Follow the Belcher trail to within 15 feet of the cache - no bushwacking needed. PLEASE leave the trail via the rock formation to minimize social trails. This formation will be due East of the trail and you will also be within a few feet of the cache. From the cache site you will have some privacy, some shade (most times of the day), and some nice views to sit and enjoy.

I recommend the east entrance parking that can be found at N 39.47.982 and W 105.14.918. From here it is about .84 miles to the cache as the crow flies but a bit longer with the switchbacks. Elevation gain is easy to moderate. The cache is at the foot of a large boulder between two bushes. It is under a few rocks to keep it out of sight from casual muggles but should not be totally covered to make it harder to find.

Drove over here from Denver to grab some of these caches. Got settled in the parking lot around 10:30am and started my adventure. Roughly 8.5 miles and 4.5 hours later, I was back at the car. Found 15/15 caches and was happy with my day. Every cache was found in good condition. The trail was very well-marked and was one of the least muggle-filled ones I have been on since moving to Denver. Overall, great day. Thanks for all the caches.

Found 15 caches in this park with Bhob while targeting the Trailmix cache, and the oldie. We parked at the east lot, and clocked just over 8 miles.
