As you first enter the Snowmass valley and get your first look at the Snowmass ski area, you might also want to keep an eye out wildlife.  Specifically there is a herd of reindeer that like to hang out here at the valley's enterance.  If you find them, approach them carefully so as not to startle them and one of them will reward you with another smiley face on your geocache map.

And even if these guys look like they're hungy (just skin and bone or maybe just bones), remember that you shouldn't feed the wildlife.

Reindeer games (definition): Any fun activity which is enjoyed only by members of a clique. Can you say geocaching?

Out in the Aspen/Snowmass area enjoying a nice day and beautiful scenery, the only negative was the construction in Aspen backing up traffic for a couple of miles. First time I had to molest a reindeer to get a cache, hey the reindeer didn't seem to mind though. TFTF

visiting colorado from new hampshire. after spending 3 days in estes park this was our first day in aspen and after doing a sunrise ballon ride from snowmass i spent 90 minutes finding 7 caches in and around snowmass. TFTC's.
