Woot! Woot! Nice to find this lonely cache and be able to report that it is in great shape! I was expecting to drive pretty close to this one, but the Forest Service road is permanently closed about 1.5 miles from the cache and about 2.5 miles past the campground. Parked and made the hike UP to this one in about an hour of huffing and puffing. Pretty crazy too, this weekend is the running of the Silverheels 100 (miles) trail run, so I saw 6-7 competitors on the trail and on the nearby roads. Cheers!

Beautiful area. Lots of wildflowers and great views. And the temperature was a lot cooler than in Denver. Roc buff took over 100 photos - maybe she will post a few. It's always nice to find an ammo can, too.
