Had another geocache about 20 feet away from this one always got muggled so decided to take it down and move to a new spot and will give this new spot a try pretty easy to find but more muggle proof and hidden much better.

UPDATE: Its no longer next to the sign under the rock. Got muggled already so I took action and made it even more muggle proof its now attached to the sign on the bottom its a wood plank and not a container so you only need a pen and it should be water proof since it is covered and hopefully will stay dry.

Found the same piece of Velcro under the sign as the last cacher-no wood plank but lots of pretty flowers. Impossible not to step in them to search.

Found some velcro and evidence of where it may have been, but could not come up with the cache.
