I was doing maintenance on the nearby “JCCQ Evil Cache #3, and decided to place one on the southeast side of the park.

The posted coordinates lead to the tree. Don’t look on the front side of the tree, because you won’t find anything. Look on the back side of the tree (the side towards the fence) and you’ll find the cache.
