It was a fun find as I started at the upper tailings piles and searched for a bit, but found with just a log. I left about 5 small items so hoping to get this one going again : ) Drove up Baldy a bit and hiked in, I had a feeling it was around there since I'd biked those trails before. A fun area to explore with good views!

Great place for a cache! Thanks for bringing us here. We drove up Baldy Road (in a 4x4) and parked at one of the forest roads that lead to the cache site. Nice hike in from there. TFTC!

Of course I went the hard way which had more up hill work. Was surprised at all the buildings at the site. A couple were fixed up to live in. One even had a surfboard
leaning up against the wall. I think his walk was worse than mine. Easy find once you make it there. Cache in fine shape. TFTC

Looks like muggles found the cache right after it was hidden (see photos). Judging from the tracks in the snow, lots of bikers head this way. I enjoyed the pleasant walk. I didn't see anyone else until I got back to my vehicle on the Forest Service road about 3/4 of a mile away.
