Terrain is a bit up and down, but it is all about the
hunt. Located at around 6500 feet in elevation in a typical high
desert plains surrounding. Location is easily accessible by car,
but the cache is not very handicap friendly.
Cache is a camo container.
This is the second life of this cache. The multi it replaced was
muggled to death. It has been rescued and revived, and had a
personality makeover for your enjoyment. {:)]
There are several spots along Highway 40 where remnants of a more
relaxed less hurried time exist. These spots meander off the
straight and narrow new highway system and are from a time in
history where how fast you got there didn't matter as much as the
freedom of being able to travel. This remnant also existed because
the cars and trucks of yesteryear didn't have the power provided by
today's higher powered vehicles, which explains the jog around the
crest of the hill. This cache is a good excuse to get out and
stretch your legs. It is not too bad of a view either. Have fun!
Cache should be available from late spring to late fall.
