Be careful of cactus. Left a keychain bottle opener wouldn't fit in container but left under it in the rightful spot

Parked in the main lot and walked over. Stopped at the bulletin board and read about the area. Pretty cool history. Took a minute to spot this one.

Nice, sunny afternoon to take a walk and find a geocache. Got to GZ and found an old wasp cone in the tree, and there was a bird nest too! Watch out them cactis and some old broken glass. Then $RJ$ heard the dog bark and there was that little cache in the hide-e-hole. SL. TFTC.

I was out doing maintenance on some caches in Penrose and I got a notification on a new hide. This one was very hard for me to get to. Olive would not leave the trail because of the cactus!Evil
I finally got close enough to grab it and sign the log. Now I'm off to the river walk to do maintenance on a few more caches. [8d][8d] SL TFTC

A short walk in a nice overlooked park. A lot of the flood damage has been picked up but some of the trails need to be re graveled. Signed the log and left a fossil tooth. Thanks PodChachier glad to see you're still in the game.

[FTF] on 9/9 at 9:09 AM. I thought about coming out last night, but then I remembered the park is closed at night. This morning just as I woke up our power went off. It was too much effort to open the garage door manually so I waited until the power came back on at 8:15. Then I made coffee and headed over here. This took a bit longer to find than it should have. I didn't have the right perspective at first. I signed the log and grabbed the cool prize. It's kind of funny, I looked at this spot when I placed my Spring Creek Park cache, but the container I wanted to use wouldn't quite fit. Also there is some broken glass in the area. Watch out for that. There is still a fair amount of damage visible from the recent flash flood. Thanks for the new hide. Hope to see more!
