Checked for this back in 2016 and could not find. In the area and went to what we thought would be a likely spot. We got lucky and found it fairly quickly. Not sure if there was a homeless person under the roadway, but there was lots of stuff and junk around. TFTC.

Looks like a homeless person has set up camp near this cache. So, I skipped it this time.

Took some searching and we were joined by a friendly orange cat. Finally made the find making it four caches for November 4th! Thanks for the hide!
