Looking down towards the Cache

Located off of the Colorado Trail near Buffalo Creek. Mountain biking to this one is highly encouraged, as it is located in one of the most popular biking areas in the state.
Recommended parking at the Colorado Trail trailhead at junction of CR550 / CR126 (N 39' 20.683, W105' 15.458). Alternate parking areas available if you know the area.

Cache is in a red lexan cylindrical camping storage container.

Located very close to the Colorado Trail. Please stay on the trail until you are close to the cache.

FTF - some gold doubloons to cover parking (Sacagawea dollars).

Also, a Green Jeep travel bug.

We took several readings when hiding, retraced the route, and used the one that consistently was the best. Please use the hints if you are having trouble and let us know though if we are off a little.

Please be very careful when putting it back into the hiding place, as it appears this area is very prone to washing out, so if it isn't secured carefully it can come out of the intended caching spot.

Working on the Colorado Trail.. one segment at a time. Beautiful easy segment although I wouldn't want to be hiking on a weekend. Too many bikes. Only ran into one group today (Wednesday).

Ray_Brangus family found this cache pretty quick. Well hidden but easily accessible from the Colorado Trail. We watched several mountain bikers go by while signing the log. Also, picked up TB# PJTFHE and will find a good sporting event / cache for it...
