Took a little trip out Squaw pass road today - had a couple of nice hikes in the process - this was the first of four geocaches that I found along the way. TN-LN-SL. Thanks !

FTF! A very cold, foggy and soggy walk after work! I was happily surprised this one hadn't been found yet, and I was aiming to remedy that! The walk itself was an exercise in dodging puddles and softball sized globs of snow falling out of the trees, the forest was literally raining with the snow melt. Took about 25 minutes to reach GZ and that's where the fun set in, I took a couple of diggers going up and down the hill chasing a spinning Garmin. After searching every piece of wood in a 25 foot radius, I WAS STUMPED! After about 20 minutes of searching, i finally expanded by search zone up to 35-40 foot circles. Finally there it was, about 38 feet to the SW of where GZ was. Trust me, I know first hand how hard it is to get good coords up here, and the hint surely helped! Stamped my name in pole position, dropped a TB, snapped a pic and started the wet slog back. TFTC COhodag!
