Welcome to the Denver Orbital Trail or DOT for short. 177 miles of trails that circumnavigate Denver metro broken up into 28 segments. It was created from existing trails, parks and greenways. Most are dog friendly and bike friendly but always check current rules and regulations before you begin any hike. The segments vary in length from 2-12 miles long. Most segments are easy to moderate but there are a few strenuous sections as well.

Follow the Horizon Tributary Trail to Lee Lateral Ditch and Signal Ditch Trails.

Difficulty: Moderate

Distance: 6.3 miles.

We stopped by after attending the "Thornton Thursdays Event" to grab this cache since it was close-by. Nice short walk to GZ while traffic whizzes by. Very nice hide and camo, SL,TFTC

{FTF} at 11.55am. Once again we spent lots of time looking in the wrong spot before coords were changed. We did find an old container with logs in it - obviously from an archived cache. Returned later and found the cache quickly at corrected coords.
