Very Easy find
My family and I have dedicated numerous volunteer hours to the pet shelter here I wanted to place this cache to commemorate all who still strive to find these animals a good home. And After logging your find you can play with the kitties or a dog it's a double win for you . Management and staff all know about this cache so extreme stealth is not necessary. I wanted everyone to be able to find this one easily since most of mine are somewhat difficult.
