This geocache is northeast of the main street in the Town of Grand Lake, CO. The site borders Rocky Mountain National Park and is near the North Inlet trailhead.

This geocache is on the property of an historic lodge built in 1959 by volunteers from 42 countries. It is currently used as a summer retreat for nonprofit organizations. The lodge overlooks the Town of Grand Lake and has stunning views of Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, and Shadow Mountain Lake.

My son, I and his three daughters are here from the St. Louis area to hike and fish for the week. Came into town for an ice cream break from fishing and went for this hide. Tried to make this harder than it was. TFTCg
