This cache is located at Exit 2 on I-70 two miles east of the Utah/Colorado border. Be sure to visit the interesting history of the dinosaurs that have been discovered nearby. If you have time, take a hike along the 1.5 mile loop trail. The Trail Through Time area consists of an active dinosaur quarry that is still being excavated occasionally during the summer months. The loop trail assends approximately 200 feet and takes about 1.5 hours. If you decide to hike the trail, be sure to take a sufficient amount of drinking water!

After a brief search we found the hanging container in good condition. TFTC!

After doing the hike stopped to grab this. Spent quite a bit of time and found a container. Not sure it’s the right one. Replaced the log. Saw three collared lizards!
Great road trip with muggle husband and Geodog Bella. We like to cover virtuals and Earthcaches along with high fav points along the way. Many states, many caches. All wonderful to see
