Easy cache at Cheyenne Mountain State Park Visitor Center, available 24/7, no fee to find this cache, but there is a fee to find others in the park.

Great location to swap travel bugs and other items. Congrats to Hartsdale for FTF!

If you decide to allow a traveler to hitchhike along with you, please be sure to correctly log that the traveler is safely in your keeping! When you drop off a traveller, they will have a great view from a secured hotel!

My 2500th cache find!! On a US/Canadian holiday from Australia with JetFuselage and WhiteChocolateMocha. With today’s rain, we didn’t get to the park until after dinner. We were hoping to see some animals we haven’t seen before (like raccoons, skunks or the like) but saw only deer. Watched the fireworks from the picnic area then decided to try our luck with some night caching. After a DNF at the nearby trail cache, we arrived here. Uh oh, combination lock and the visitor centre is closed. Thankfully had phone service so able to work out the answer online and unlock the cache. Nice bug container! FP from me.
