This cache has been placed with special permission from the mayor of Burlington, Bob Churchwell. It is also far enough airport property where it will not cause any "national concern".

Kit Carson County Airport is a public use airport located 6 km south of the central business district of Burlington, a city in Kit Carson County, Colorado. The airport is owned by the City of Burlington. The airport first opened to the public in June 1984 with help from the City of Burlington and Rol Hudler, Economic Development & Chamber Ambassador.

well… my #miniroadtrip2019 brought me today from Denver, Colorado over kanorado, Kansas, back to Colorado, all the way down to lamar…
i took as much as boxes as possible... was a nice geoaching-roadtrip-day…
