My son and I love exploring all the open space near our home and have discovered almost all the paths in the highlands ranch open spaces.  This cache is placed near a path that we frequented this spring.  For those familiar with the area, you will know that there are 2 paths that lead here.  My son would argue 3, but I don't recommend that path.  There are a lot of dead or dying trees here, making it fun to walk on the dead trees or throw dead branches into the creek.  The container is small but has enough room for a few trinkets.

Well, I made the mistake of approaching from the east even though I knew there was a creek. I didn't expect the tall bank, which I slid down while in a skirt. Hey, it was hot out and I thought I'd wear my geo skirt. Found the cache, claimed the dollar and a sun-bleached branch for my son. Let some swag. I wanted to drop my TB but I didn't have my small ones with me. It was an experience, true. I walked out the easy way on a path that I thought led back to the houses. Yay! Glad to get 2tf. Thank you for the cache in Cheese Ranch.

Got out early to look for this one and it earns a fav for the camo and the route to get to GZ! Signed a blank log FTF at 6:35 AM, took FTF coin and left a dollar. Thanks for the new hide and a fun early morning trek!
