A long time ago, there was a geocache hidden in this area, very close to this spot. I found it with my father and grandfather in the year 2009, 11 (almost 12) years ago from the date this cache was placed. I thought it was time that this trailside area had a geocache again after so many years of being blank on the map.

This area is especially muggle populated for some reason, and I'm aware that geocaches in this particular section of trail have tended to not last a very long time. With that in mind, please make sure that you replace this container exactly the way you found it, covering materials and all. I want it to last for as long as possible.

BYOP, may or may not be Winter friendly, depends on how thick the snow and ice is.

I like it when a cache looks like I'll have a looong walk, but I find an easier way. Nice walk in the cool weather to the GZ. I spotted it pretty quickly and appreciate the hiding spot! Well done!
Today I stayed close to home because I only had a little while to cache. I tromped through the mud in a few places and was happy to have grass or concrete at others. Happy to avenge one previous DNF. Overall a good, but short, caching day.
