Located along the RR route to the east portal of the Moffat Tunnel. A nice easy drive along a historic road.
The cach is an ammo box, containing a logbook, pen, a candy cane pen, large and small caribiners, and a lady bug flag. This is our first cache.

We headed out of town on my Friday day off to do a little 4x4 exploring up towards Argentine pass, and then see Il Travatore at Central City Opera. Saturday was to get some caches around Central City and maybe Silver plume.

I planned to go to Silver Plume. Nope. Ms. Anne wanted to head up this way. I found a spot to hide a geocache along the way. It will be GC7TYWR when (and if) it publishes. Swapped travellers.
