Wow! That was some amazing hike to get up to the entrance of the fault cave. And then wow again for exploring the fault cave! Brought my CSM son with me as he had heard of this place but had never been. Never found the required graffiti. Guessing it’s been painted over at some time. Took several pictures of us with other graffiti. Getting down the hillside was as adventurous as going up! Tftc!

Day 2 of an epic 6 day journey out to the western frontier. I had some vacation time that I needed to burn up by the end of the year, and what better way to use it than to go Geocaching! My main goal was to find caches in New Mexico and Nevada, which would complete my map in the western US. The rest of the 4 remaining states are on the East Coast. Secondary goals were to find oldies, mostly virtuals, and high favorited caches. The only bad part of the trip was that it rained every single day of my vacation.
I headed south out of MN on Sunday and returned home on Friday.
Sunday - Drive all the way through to Colorado (15 hours!)
Monday - Cache in and around Denver and Colorado Springs
Tuesday - Head south towards GC19 and then west through Wolf Creek Pass
Wednesday - Four Corners monument and west towards Nevada
Thursday - After a night in Richfield, UT, head east through the skiing areas of Colorado towards Nebraska
Friday - The long drive home
Thanks to all the cache owners for placing these caches for me to find and for keeping the oldies going all these years.
This was a fun one to explore. Thanks for bringing me here!

A group of us came here to find The Fault Caves but struck out. Happily we were able to complete this virtual. Answers sent.

So I was part of the group of 13 that spent most of the afternoon searching in vain for the other cache in these caves. At least I got to see this one from two different places inside the cave. TFTC!

This was an awesome adventure! We came up here around 8 pm and explored for about 2 hours. But we didn't leave before gathering the necessary info for the virtual. Attached picture is nearby, but not a clue to the answers. Found with @intrepiidexplorer . Tftc!

This was such an amazing adventure. We explored the cave for about 2 hours. It was incredible. There were lots of bats so I attached a pic of one.

Whew, this was a toughie for me! First I got off the trail just trying to get there, then I couldn't find the entrance, and then when I descended into the ravine I realized I had to go down even farther into the cave itself. The dog waited outside while I wandered around down there. I did find a lot of graffiti, but no skull as others have said. I took my (absolutely horrendous) picture by a goofy face instead. I tried to look for the new cache, but hadn't downloaded any particulars about it so was unsuccessful.
Interesting spot! Thanks for bringing me here; it sure was cooler inside than out.
I always feel like someone is watching me...
Freedom awaits

Came up here to shoot video and also hide a cache of my own. Lots of graffiti here so I'm sure the original has been painted over since 2002.

Have wanted to do this one for a long time. Finally made time today. Hoofed it up and slithered in. Yes, a lot of graffiti, much of it recent. Have been in small caves before, but no in CO. Thanks for keeping this one alive, Vader! Favorite.

Out to the area for work this week and absolutely could not pass up coming after this virtual. And I am SO glad that I did. I will say I followed the instructions and even went a bit beyond into places I couldn’t have gotten to if I was about 5 pounds heavier but I am afraid that the original graffiti has been covered by other graffiti. Either way, this was super cool and I thoroughly enjoyed it. “Answers” sent to CO. Hopefully it can stay!
