Located on the Rio Grande Trail near mile marker 8.5. Thanks to RFTA for adding shelter and rest rooms along the trail. No more ducking into the sagebrush!The cache is a log only, BYOP. The Rio Grande Trail System goes along the old Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad corridor with the 0.0 trail markers starting at the confluence of the Colorado and Roaring Fork Rivers in Glenwood Springs and continues 42 miles to Aspen. Several caches are located along the trail from Glenwood towards Carbondale.

Gotcha! Found out we were close to having a cache in Eagle County and had to do something about that. Rented some bikes in Glenwood Springs and spent the rest of the day caching along the Rio Grande Trail. Located, signed in, and replaced as found for the next lucky contestant. Thanks for the cache!
