An easy cache on the road to mammoth gulch. An excellent view of the valley and mountains from this vantage point. Yes! You can hear the trains and if you are there at the right time you will be able to see it! Accessible in winter with the right equipment and determination but primarily a summer cache. The hill is step, watch your footing.
