Beautiful location, with outstanding views!  It's a bit of a drive, but the area is accessible by conventional passenger car (but a bit too rough for low-clearance sports cars).  After reaching the parking area, it's a short, easy hike to your destination.  The terrain is easy, but the vegetation can be a little challenging as you near the cache.

Note:  This cache is in a beautiful area that doesn't get much traffic.  It is situated on an 11.43-acre site that the current owners are currently offering for sale.  They encouraged me to establish a geocache on the site, among other things, to expose it to more potential buyers.  Have a great time enjoying the cache - and if you really like the site, please take a brochure from the box on the sign at the parking area!  ;-)

Such a nice day we had to get out and find a few caches. Pretty easy drive to it. I parked at the parking coordinates and made the short walk over to make the find. Cache is in great shape. Stamped the log and we're off to the next one. [8d][8d] SL TFTC TNLN

This property must have sold! We didn't see any "For Sale" signs, just plenty of "No Trespassing". We did park close to the suggested area (no signs there) and walked to GZ quickly. We found the container, signed the log and traded some swag. Beautiful location and view. Yet, we didn't even take the time to take pictures. Somehow we felt like intruders on someone's property and hurried back to the car.

Yep - first to find. You're right, it is a great view.
My arms are reasonably long, but I had a hell of a time gettong the container.
Signed the log, took the FTF coin, traded TB's.
Thanks for this new hide.
