My cache-kids and I love mythology, and we realized that our favorite trail didn't have any caches yet :)  On a clear day, you will have a beautiful view of the front range after a short walk. CONGRATS to Fork L Man for FTF!

Mount Parnassus is named after Parnassos, the son of the nymph Kleodora and the man Kleopompus. This mountain of limestone in central Greece towers above Delphi, north of the Gulf of Corinth, and offers stunning views of the surrounding olive groves. Parnassus was sacred to Dionysus and the Dionysian mysteries, as well as Apollo and the Corycian nymphs. According to some traditions, it was also considered to be the home of the Muses, therefore it became known as the home of poetry, music, and learning.

North side of trail, since I'm not a fan of digging for rock hides.

Found it at 1323.
I managed to spot this one right away. It wasn't a totally clear day, but it was nice enough, and I enjoyed the view from GZ. And I couldn't see a muggle anywhere, thankfully!

On a walk on this sunny St Patrick’s Sunday with the geokids. Thought we’d check on a few caches and sure they’re in good shape.

Find #4072

Peace love pi and I decided to do some pre-Christmas caching today. We didn't really have a plan, but ultimately decided on Anthem Park and around Sheridan. I don't know if it was everyone doing some last minute shopping or the cold-ish weather, but we had a pretty muggle free day. We had snow flurries, so "caching through the snow" kept playing through my head. Peace love pi laughed at me because I was freezing and layered up like the Stay-Puft marshmallow man. We decided a walk would do us good and headed out on this nice trail. Everything was in good shape with the cache. Thanks for the smiley! Find #3076.

Out caching with lasouthpaw on this chilly morning. I had a DNF in the nearby park so was happy to be back in the area in a snake-free season to avenge that and complete the rest of the park. We headed this way to do a few more before calling it a day. TFTC! All is well with this cache.

Nice hide to start this part of the Myth series. Did trail caches today as it was not too hot, even tho the air was very full of smoke from the fires. Nice easy hide to start off the trail. TFTC

Took a drive to Broomfield for four new caches. The myth cache series is fun (except for one-later details). Thanks for the myth and placement, Nighthawkers!
