I am combining my love of craft beer with a great outdoor activity in creating this series. All caches in this series will be within walking distance of a Colorado brewery.

For this cache you will need to use major stealth action as it is heavily populated by muggles on 4 wheels and 2 wheels. This cache does require a bit of climbing and thinking once you reach the coordinates.

While this cache is not right at the brewery, it is very close. Enjoy the paintings on the bridge as you walk down the trail to find this one. The brewery is located to the south of the cache about 1/4 mile.

Do not access this cache Perry St or Front St as there is no parking on these two streets.

Please "lift" the cache up and do not pull down on it. This will help keep the hanger attached to the pill bottle. Please BYOP and replace the cache as well hidden as before.

Update: There are now two breweries in a two block radius in downtown Castle Rock. Have fun!

If anyone is interested in helping me with this series, please message me. I am looking for people in northern and southern Colorado, the mountains and the western part of the state.

Had to come back and avenge a previous DNF.

The weather was to perfect not to be outdoors for a little bit and that's exactly what brought me here. It was a little more sketchy searching for this one this time around because as I neared GZ, there was a man sitting under the bridge right around the corner.

I received a phone call from ma as soon as I started searching, and she gave me news that the house is sold so it looks like I will be taking a trip back home one last time! Anyway, I ended up getting off of the phone because I was having trouble finding this one still. After walking to better location, things finally came together.

I don't want to give away the exact spot but the coordinates on Google maps were throwing me off a little. Not that they were off, just was looking at them the wrong way. I will say that it helps not being so muddy out here.

I decided to walk back along the the underside of the bridge and cross over to get back to my parking spot, instead of crossing the tracks, wanting to avoid the man. He must have left or went more inside the corner because I didn't see him from across the tracks when I made it back to the truck.

This was Atomic Corgi and I's first attempt at a cache for the day before getting something to eat. I had read through a few of the logs and though that we might have a good chance here but knew that things would be up in the air because of the snow. We parked under the bridge and made the short walk over, only to search around for about 15 minutes with no luck.

The snow here is definitely causing an issue and I think we will just have to return to this one when the weather is a little warmer and everything is melted. Strangely enough, while we were walking away, we saw a man begin to walk up the rock where we were just at, he must have been crossing to get onto the main road up there.

A slight misadventure to find this one. The slope was slippery and I slipped. Good thing I work as a nanny, I always have spare clothes in the truck. Sl, thanks!

Made a pretty good walk to this one from the further Rock& Park parking lot. The hint threw me off so I looked in a couple of wrong places before reading some logs & readjusting my search area & spotted it right away. As I was here a 1,000s of wheels fast moving muggle went by.

Avenge previous DNF. A little help and less vegetation made it a fairly easy find. SL

Ahhhhh, the great feeling of a geo-run…..and so many things accomplished! We grabbed an FTF. We signed logs for long since solved puzzles. We earned a souvenir. We got to feel the temperature drop about 30 degrees in less than 30 minutes (that part wasn’t as fun). We were stared down by law enforcement. And we got to laugh and joke about it all. TFTC

Enjoying this fine day before weather comes in with some of my most favorite people. DimensionGarret, Landen24, weasel311 and heh324.

I have been staring at some solved puzzles for quite some time so I wanted to find a few today. Of course our efforts shifted a little bit here and there today for other caches that were in the area.

heh324 was kind enough to point out that we needed to keep pushing on to earn some silly souvenirs (that will will forget about by tomorrow and never return to look at).

This was one of a dozen or so caches that we found today. Thanks for the fun memories that will last a lifetime.

Found GC7VM9N - Colorado Brewery Cache #5 on November 24, 2018 using Cachly for iOS.

Some may call me seriously mentally ill. Some may state that I am in a state of mind that prevents social interaction. Some may say I am in a state of mind that prevents normal perception and or behavior. I prefer to say that I tend to do the same thing over and over again, but I expect different results. That being said, I believe we only live one life and I am trying to make the best of it. I thank you, prerules for placing a fun geocache to fuel my "insanity" or addiction as I call it. I appreciate you bringing me here so that I can try and sign my alias on a piece of paper that you have hidden.

I look forward to finding more of your geocaches. I also look forward to potentially finding geocaches with you one day and sharing stories of our insanity... I mean hobby or addiction? Cheers!

We took a little walk to find thus jewel and coax it out of its well selected hiding place. Ate the nearby wild plums and then headed back to the geo-mobile. Found with @Windatmyback. Tftc!
