Do you hate those stupid little marbles that you find rolling around on the bottom of a geocache? Here's a good place to put them -- in this quick park & grab, just a half-mile or so up a gravel road right off the highway. Elevation at the cache: 8090'There's nothing special about this nondescript, sagey spot...nothing historical or of particular interest...(well, there is a nice view of Tomichi Dome -- a volcanic flow dome composed of rhyolite)...it's just a good place to stop, stretch your legs and LOSE YOUR MARBLES. I'll throw in the first one! There are no trade items in this cache -- just a log -- so, you don't need to bring anything to trade, BUT, if you have one of those stupid marbles that you don't want, you may drop it here. Or, if you happen to like marbles, and see one that catches your eye...take it, PLEASE!
If the clear plastic jar with a purple lid ever gets full, the marbles will be donated to the Gunnison Mibsters Chapter of the Colorado Marbles Club. Let's put those stupid marbles to good use!

04/03/2018 By byonke We spent last night in Limon and headed west this morning. We decided to take US50 and finally ended our day in Fruita. It was a beautiful day to be out and about and we enjoyed our caching across Colorado.
It's nice to get away from the highway and find a cache in a nice peaceful place. All was well with the cache. We signed the log and returned it to it's hiding spot.
Thanks Brian and Carlin Liberty, MO
04/03/2018 By batman74 This is day 2 of our grand geocaching adventure with Brian and Carlin, the byonkes. We started the day in Colorado and ended the day in Colorado. We spent our time roaming the countryside, taking in the breathtaking scenery, and finding some caches.
We stopped to look for this cache and luckily still had enough marbles left to make the find. TFTC
