There are several beautiful campgrounds around Turquise Lake. This lake is pretty unique given the elevation and access. The views of Mt. Massive and Mt. Elbert are amazing. The hiking, biking, paddle boarding and kayaking in this area are great for the whole family.

This cache is in a medium sized plastic container. It contains a smaller plastic container with the log book and pencil. We also left several of our favorite treasures to get it started.

We found it while camping here. Searched on Lake side first... wonderful spot to camp and paddle. Leadville 100 race was here in campground

So, this was our first ever time searching for a cache, and we found it! Beautiful day, got turned around a couple of times but finally found it. We just kept thinking ICAN find it.
