A metal Ammo box (water proof) This is one of our regular stops while at our cabin.  The falls change with the weather.

There are lots of goodies inside for a first to find. A trackable we want to go traveling. Some cool survival tools. Another trackable for the first to find to own and send on its way. Cool backpacking/explorer tools. We love Creede and Lake City area and have a cabin here in the area but this is our very first Geocache offering of the physical type.  Take time to explopre all around the area or even take the trail east our of the parking area for a completely different view and you can even hike all the way back to South Clear Creek Falls from here.

Thanks for the cache. Found easily in perfect condition. Loved the falls. Running pretty good after the high snowpack this winter. In the area for a play in Creede, wanted to see the sights while we were here.

What a beautiful location. We have been to the falls many times while visiting my grandparents cabin but never walked quite to this spot.
