A cool stone formation you can encounter after walking through all the switchbacks up the mountain.

To get here, park near 19th and Belvedere. Enjoy a hike up the trail before going through a sidetrail or left on the Y-junction, as marked on the map. The junction should come up when you're nearly at the top. The terrain here is pretty rough, with a lot of loose dirt, so be careful! This cache is hidden under some rocks camping out under a large formation. Rehide carefully, please.

Found container out in the open, thought it was trash. Replaced higher up. I seemed to have lost my pen on the trail, I could not sign.

Last day in Colorado before heading back to Wisconsin. Took the morning to hike up South Table Mountain. Able to find a few caches along the way. Beautiful views, makes me never want to go home. Thanks for the hide!

Greetings from Maryland! I spent my last morning in Golden roaming around South Table Mountain. I gave this one a look on the way up. While I have no doubt that it's there somewhere, there are an awful lot of potential hiding places, and I didn't have time for a lengthy search. After about 10 minutes, I decided to move on. Next time! DNF #279 at 7:24am MST.
