This cache truly is a bunnies bane!

Located about 15 feet from the Rawhide trail .

Please be sure to recamo so that the container can't be seen from the trail. Congrats to sassYdil for the FTF on 8/16/12 @ 0730!!! Note: GPS tends to bounce around at this spot. As of 6/9/17 this cache has been refurbished. You are now looking for an ammo can. It should be easily seen when you are nearby, but not from below or on the trail. Please take care when climbing up the bank! We originally had fun placing this cache. It was a sizzling hot sunny day and we climbed the bank with our Beagle to place the cache. As I got half way up the bank I spotted a rather large snake between several rocks. I was startled and jumped away, nearly falling down the embankment. It surely gave us a name for the cache! Please be careful in the area and watch your foot and handholds, not only so you don't fall, but so you don't get bitten!

Located about 15 feet off the Rawhide Trail on the side of a steep incline, near the top. If you reach the top of the ridge, you've gone too far. Five feet to the east of the small cave like feature.

Found this with my friend Milly! Great hide and a little alarming. Love it!

No live snakes today thankfully! I've seen plenty on other hikes though. Definitely keeps a person wary when caching off trail. Sl, thanks!

Went for a walk in the White ranch open space on a foggy/chilly/soggy day (and enjoyed every minute of it) - this was the sixth of eight geocaches that I found along the way. TN-LN-SL. Thanks !

After my trip to Golden, I had time to pick up a few caches. I was last in the White Ranch Open Space Park back in April, so it was good to return and have the opportunity to test some new hiking gear. I overextended a bit trying to find this one, I ran out of daylight and had to try to make the find in the dark. I was happy (relieved) to make the find on this nice cache without any drama. The cache is still in great shape. Thanks to the CO for placing this nice cache for everyone to find, giving me an excuse for a nice hike, and bringing me to this cool spot; TFTC.
